The Salinas Valley is magnificent and it is here that your produce is raised from seed to harvest by the hardest working people in the world. It may have been just another day at work for them, But I was awestruck to witness the beauty of the workers in the field harvesting our food. The valley, the arroyos, the alluvial blend of the Salinas River all framed between the Gabilans and the Santa Lucias, just overwhelmingly beautiful.
